The short version: this site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. We do not know who you are and we do not try to find out.

What we set in your browser
Nothing. The site sets no cookies of any kind. There is no first-party analytics cookie, no consent banner because none is needed, and no third-party advertising or social network scripts that could set cookies on our behalf.
Calculator inputs
When you use the calculator, the price and buyer type are encoded into the URL after a short delay so you can bookmark or share a calculation. That URL stays on your device. We do not log calculator inputs server-side. We do not see what you typed.
What Cloudflare logs at the edge
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps short-term operational logs (IP address, page requested, response code, approximate timing) so the platform can detect abuse and keep the service running. These logs are aggregated, retained briefly, and not shared with us in identifiable form. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for detail.

Some pages link to mortgage advisers, conveyancers and surveyors. Where we earn a
commission if you proceed, the link is marked
rel="sponsored". Once you
click through, the destination site has its own privacy policy and may set its own
cookies. None of that happens until you choose to click.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Because we hold almost nothing in the first place, this is usually a quick conversation. Email us at the address above.
